The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, educational meeting materials, continuing education credit, group meals, and functions.
Your registration is not confirmed until your registration has been acknowledged and payment has been received.
Applicants who are not currently in clinical practice, industry employees or commercial supporters should contact the Registration Office at the number listed above for availability and fees.
Registered participants in the 6th Annual Clinical Care Options Hepatitis Symposium are eligible to take advantage of our specially negotiated discount room rate of $285 per night, plus tax and resort fees. This special rate will be honored between May 29 - June 1, 2008, only. Accommodations before May 29 and after June 1 are subject to hotel availability. This rate is based on double occupancy. The hotel will charge $25 per day for each additional person older than 18 years of age staying in a guest room.
To take advantage of the negotiated discount rates, you must register online or complete the hotel information form and remit your full payment (checks should be made out to Hotel Del Coronado) to the address on the bottom of the form. Reservations received after March 28, 2008, will be accepted on a space-available basis. For more information, please call the registration team at 800.878.6260.
To guarantee hotel accommodations, you must include payment for all 3 room nights ($285 per night), plus 8% tax and a $19 per day resort fee for a total of $980.40. Please return this payment along with your registration form. If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged by the hotel in full on or around April 25, 2008. All hotel reservations are nonrefundable after April 23, 2008.
All hotel reservations for the symposium must be made through the Registration Office.
It is recommended that attendees fly into the San Diego Lindbergh International Airport. Discount airfare has been negotiated through the preferred travel agency, Travel Matters, for both American Airlines and Continental Airlines. You may contact Travel Matters or the airlines directly.

Fees, less a $50 processing charge, are refundable if the registration team receives your cancellation no later than April 23, 2008. All cancellations must be in writing.
Substitution of another qualified registrant may be accepted upon receipt of a newly completed registration form.
No refunds will be given after April 23, 2008.
