Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to improve the knowledge and competence of allergy/immunology learners to optimize treatment for patients with EoE.

Target Audience
The proposed educational program is intended for US-based and OUS-based physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates/physician assistants in allergy/immunology settings caring for patients with EoE.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate EoE from other types of food allergy using evidence-based guidelines and diagnostic criteria
  • Analyze current and emerging treatments based on their impact on disease outcomes in patients with EoE
  • Employ strategies to effectively transition adolescent and young adult patients with EoE from pediatric to adult care
