Learning Objectives

  • Compare current and emerging menin inhibitors for NPM1-mutant and KMT2A-rearranged AML based on clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, and differentiation in potential clinical use.
  • Interpret clinical advancements in menin-targeted therapies for informing future treatment strategies in genetically defined subsets of AML.
