Target Audience

The program is intended for HCPs in gastroenterology, including physicians, fellows, nurse practitioners, and physician associates/physician assistants. 

Program Learning Goal

The goal of this program is to improve learners’ knowledge and competence regarding the role of mentors, sponsors, and allies; tools and communication strategies that facilitate professional growth and development; and strategies to achieve work–life balance—all of which will support the advancement and longevity of women practicing in gastroenterology.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate effective strategies to prevent burnout and achieve professional and personal satisfaction
