Target Audience

This program is intended for physicians, and other HCPs throughout Europe involved in the management of non-hospitalized patients with current or previous COVID-19, including both specialists and primary care providers. This identified target audience will benefit from this education by gaining the knowledge and strategies necessary to individualize outpatient management of acute and long COVID.

Program Learning Goal

To improve the ability of healthcare professionals (HCPs) within Europe to optimize outpatient treatment of COVID-19 and to expand their knowledge of the epidemiology, presentation, and emerging data regarding prevention and management of long COVID.

Learning Objectives

  • Utilize best practices for outpatient treatment of acute COVID-19, including optimal early use of SARS-CoV-2 antivirals
  • Identify potential long COVID among patients presenting with variable symptoms and effectively counsel patients about the expected disease course
  • Formulate strategies based on emerging data regarding prevention and management of long COVID
