Keeping It Simple With Second-Generation INSTIs

Historically, initiating or switching ART regimens was an intimidating process, but the advent of second-generation INSTIs has shifted the treatment landscape. Read my commentary on how second-generation INSTIs have changed the traditional dogma of HIV treatment, strategies for their use in patients with archived ARV resistance, and how ART simplification can benefit even individuals who are stable on their current regimens.
