Target Audience

This program is intended for physicians, pharmacists, registered nurses, physician associates, and other healthcare professionals who care for people with HIV infection.

Program Learning Goal

The goal of this program is to improve HCPs’ competence in adopting HIV management strategies that minimize complexity for both providers and patients at key points in the care cascade

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Switch people living with HIV who are virologically suppressed and/or highly treatment experienced to simplified ART regimens when appropriate

  • Ensure that management strategies throughout the HIV care continuum reflect preferences of people living with HIV for therapy that is as simple and unobtrusive as possible
