Target Audience

This program is intended for physicians, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers who care for patients with HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Discuss the evolution of HER2-targeted treatments and the remaining areas of unmet medical need in patients with HER2-positive breast cancer
  • Plan optimal adjuvant treatment strategies for patients with HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer
  • Identify patients with HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer most likely to benefit from extended adjuvant treatment
  • Manage adverse events effectively in patients receiving HER2-targeted therapy based on available data and recommendations
  • Evaluate emerging research, the mechanisms of action, and the role of novel HER2-targeted therapies in clinical investigation for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer
