Target Audience

This program is intended for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants/associates, pharmacists, and other HCPs who manage patients with T2D and overweight/obesity located in areas served by Area Health Education Centers (AHECs).

Program Learning Goal

The goal of this program is to improve the knowledge of learners in effort to optimize treatment for patients with Diabetes

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  • Design a treatment plan for a patient with T2D and overweight/obesity
