Target Audience

This program is intended for HCPs involved in the management of patients with menopause, including primary care physicians, NPs, and PAs, as well as HCPs specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.

Program Learning Goal

The goal of this program is to improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of learners in effort to optimize treatment for patients with Menopause.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to: 

  • Summarize the pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, and burden of VMS in menopause

  • Interpret the latest evidence on new/emerging hormonal and nonhormonal therapies for menopause-associated VMS to support patient understanding of benefits and risks

  • Formulate strategies to individualize patient counseling about management and treatment decisions for menopause-associated VMS
