Target Audience

This program is intended for physicians and other healthcare providers who care for patients with HIV.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Appropriately evaluate potential adverse events and drug–drug interactions associated with ART initiation and switching ART
  • Effectively manage diverse patient populations who face challenges due to drug–drug interactions, adverse events, and other complications associated with HIV, ART, and comorbidities
  • Appropriately appraise ART switch strategies for individual patients
