There is a critical need to expand pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) options while addressing stigma and structural barriers for key populations in Uganda, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. Here’s how I believe integrated PrEP services, community engagement, and comprehensive support are essential for hard-to-reach populations.
