Migrant and Indigenous People in Latin America: Reflections From HIVR4P

At HIVR4P, multiple studies showed the increased burden and incidence of HIV among migrant and Indigenous people in Latin America. Here’s why I think expanding access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis amongst these populations, and new approaches like PrEP vending machines, can be crucial to continue to decrease HIV rates.
