Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Devise and implement a methodology to proactively identify people living with HIV who have been lost from HIV care

  • Apply practical interventions to support people in re-engaging with HIV care, resuming ART, and regaining virologic suppression

  • Identify risk factors for loss from care and take steps to counter them among all affected people in your healthcare setting
