This activity is intended for healthcare professionals who care for patients at risk for cognitive decline, including physician, nurse practitioners, and physician associates who practice in primary care, general neurology, psychiatry, and OB-GYN practice settings.
The goal of this activity is to improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of learners in effort to optimize treatment for patients with Alzheimer's.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Implement effective practices for discussing brain health and cognitive decline prevention with patients during routine care
Formulate strategies to maximize reimbursement of brain health discussions during routine patient care
