Program Learning Goal

This educational activity aims to enhance the clinical competencies of learners to optimize the management of older patients with HR+, HER2- MBC. Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Analyze current unmet needs and disparities in care that preclude optimal treatment for older patients with HR+/HER2- mBC

  • Implement tools/questionnaires aligned with best practices to optimize the incorporation of assessment into clinical practice

  • Synthesize the latest clinical data and guideline recommendations for selecting HR+, HER2- mBC therapy in older patients, understanding non-guideline concordant behaviors and bias regarding perceived frailty that may lead to suboptimal treatment in the community setting
