Program Learning Goal

The goal of this activity is to improve the knowledge and competence of healthcare professionals on recent practice-changing clinical data on the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal cancers.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply recently presented data to clinical practice to expand treatment options and improve outcomes for patients with early-stage and metastatic gastrointestinal cancers

  • Identify subpopulations of patients with gastrointestinal cancers most likely to benefit from a specific treatment plan based on prognostic or predictive markers

  • Evaluate new data on novel agents and therapeutic approaches for patients with gastrointestinal cancers
