Target Audience

This program is intended for HCPs who treat patients with PPD, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and physician associates.

Program Learning Goal

The goal of this program is to improve the knowledge, competence, and performance of learners to optimize treatment for patients with depression.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Formulate strategies for achieving an early diagnosis of PPD

  • Summarize the latest hypotheses for the pathophysiology of PPD

  • Interpret the latest efficacy and safety evidence for new and emerging treatments for PPD
