Achieving Holistic Care in Narcolepsy: Treatment Considerations to Minimize Cardiovascular Risk

Narcolepsy is a chronic neurologic condition associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular (CV) events and disease compared with the general population.  This inherent risk is often overlooked when optimizing treatment of narcolepsy symptoms. This session will focus on the CV risk and cardiometabolic comorbidities associated with narcolepsy and how these should be considered in the management of narcolepsy to improve holistic care of patients with this debilitating condition.
