Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to equip learners with practical strategies to expand testing and care for HBV for priority populations in diverse settings through simplified pathways for screening and treatment. 

Target Audience
The HBV track of this program is intended for healthcare professionals involved in the care of people with and/or at risk for HBV, including primary care providers, hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and OB/GYNs. 

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this event, participants should be able to:

  • Implement strategies to maximize rates of screening for HBV and HDV in diverse care settings
  • Apply guideline- and expert-recommended approaches for simplified HBV care
  • Identify pathways to improve engagement in HBV care for priority populations, including Asian people, African immigrants, and refugees
