Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to improve the knowledge, competence, and skills of cardiology specialists in effort to optimize treatment for patients with obesity. 

Target Audience
This program is intended for US cardiologists and other healthcare professionals who manage patients with obesity and heart failure. 

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss the rationale and recommendations for targeting weight loss in patients with HFpEF
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with obesity and HFpEF based on the latest evidence and individual patient needs
  • Evaluate the latest efficacy and safety data for pharmacologic treatments for patients with HFpEF and obesity
