Psychiatric care is shifting, with more diagnosis and treatment occurring in the family medicine and primary care setting due to the growing shortage of psychiatric specialists and lengthy wait times. The focus of this session is on diagnosis and treatment of bipolar depression with the goal to provide evidence-based best practices and guideline driven education on the current landscape for bipolar depression care.
