Goal Statement
The goal of this program is to improve learners’ competence in implementing optimal HIV treatment and prevention strategies through the appropriate use of contemporary antiretroviral regimens. 

Target Audience
This program is intended for registered nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals who provide care for people living with or at risk of HIV infection.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify barriers to PrEP uptake
  • Employ practical strategies to increase PrEP use among those for whom it is recommended
