Target Audience

This program is intended for adult endocrinologists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates/physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to manage patients with obesity.

Learning Objectives

  • Assess patients based on the guideline-recommended criteria for diagnosis and treatment of obesity
  • Apply guideline recommendations, patient-specific factors, and preferences to select treatments for patients with obesity
  • Evaluate the need for treatment modification based on patient progress toward weight loss goals
